DJ Launch G.A.Y- London:
Saturday saw H & Claire's first ever live gig as a duo. The venue was the Astoria in London on their famous G.A.Y night. The main aim of the game was to promote their fab new single 'DJ' and to prove to their fans they were back with a bang. The setlist consited of their two new tracks 'DJ' and 'Over You' and a couple of old Steps classics 'When I Said Goodbye' and 'Deeper Shade Of Blue'. They performed 'DJ' twice and were on their usual fine form, it was quite a visual show with lots of the usual Steps style Pyrotecnics going off at every available opportunity and those of us at the front coming away with singed eyelashes! They'd both put on the style too and looked fabulous. Claire looked gorgeoud in tight jeans, and a pinstripe corset and red shoes. H had on a full pinstripe suit, white shirt and white plimsoles - I think it was what he wore to the Brits - if not it was very reminscent of that suit. They were great and I can't wait for the tour!

Wyvern Radio Roadshow - Worcester: I was really excited about seeing H & Claire performing because I'm used to seeing Steps in concert every year and I've been getting withdrawrel symptoms! They were the only people on the bill that I was really interested in seeing and I knew that I'd enjoy it because I love them, particularly Claire!
They performed all their usual tracks including the fabulous 'DJ', which I personally think should have gone to No.1! They were really good and the dancing was fabulous, I can't believe that neither of them are trained dancers cos I find it so difficult to learn their new dance moves, they're much more complicated than the old Steps ones. They were on really good form and H really got the crowd going. I can't wait for the tour next year!

Power In The Park - Southampton:
H & Claire brought the house down with their vibrant performance of the hit single 'DJ'. The show had been a bit boring with people like Hear'Say droning on but then H  & Claire came on and everybody got interested again. While we were there we had a bit of a fright because an unexploded World War II bomb was discovered near the stage and the army had to be called in to detenate it! But the only explosions there were H & Claire who were absolutely fabulous. I love their new single Half A Heart and I'm eagerly anticipating the release of their album. I think that these two will be around for a long time yet! Even my Dad thought they were great!

Ten FM Roadshow - Reading:
I have been driving everyone in my family mad because I've been so excited about seeing H & Claire performing live. I've told everyone in school about seven hundred times and I think everyone was getting ready to throttle me! I was only ever able to see Steps live once and that was on
their last tour, The Gold Greatest Hits Tour, I loved it and I was really looking forward to being able to see them again but obviously they split and I was gutted, then my local radio station announced that the newly formed duo H & Claire were coming and I could hardly believe my luck. They were really good I loved 'DJ' H looked so sexy too. He's so gorgeous and such a fabulous singer. I think that he and Claire are the most talented pop stars that we have and they proved this in a fantastic show. The only thing I didn't like was when they sang 'When I Said Goodbye' because it's such a boring song and I've never liked it bit apart from that they were great and I'm looking forward to the tour.

Trent FM Roadshow - Nottingham: Fabulous absolutely fabulous. H & Claire have never been my fave members of Steps. Lisa and Faye were my faves, but I've changed my opinion of them since I've seem them performing as a duo in the flesh. I love their new single 'Half A Heart' and I think it'll be a massive hit because it went down really well with the crowd. 'DJ' was great too. I didn't buy it when it was first released but after seeing them perform it live it's definately grown on me and I bought a copy first thing on Monday morning. H & Claire may have their critics, in the past I too have been one, but they've proved me wrong and they'll prove all the other old misery guts out there wrong too. H & Claire are about fun and that's just what they are a good bit of fun with oodles of talent thrown in for good measure. They were a definate hit and I can't find one falut in their performances so top marks!

Southern FM Roadshow - Brighton: H & Claire were great! I've loved Claire since Steps but H was never one my fave Stepters, that's all changed now because he's really cool and I love his voice. I don't think that he got enough of a chance to show it off whilst in Steps but within H & Claire he can prove just how good he really is. Claire looked absolutely gorgeous and she sounded amazing. They went down really well with the crowd and my fave song that they performed was Deeper Shade Of Blue cos it was my fave Steps track. I would definately recommend going to see them to other  people!  I can't wait for them to go on tour as I loved going to see Steps whilst they were together and I can't bear the thought that they aren't together any more and that I'll never experience one of their shows again.        Rating: ***** - Jenny Walsh, Catford.

Galaxy Network's Out There Roadshow - Newcastle: I had to nag my parents to let me go and see this because H & Claire were the only act on the bill that I wanted to see. I've been a huge fan of them for five years and I wasn't about to miss the opportunity to see H & Claire performing as a duo! Especially as up North we're highly honoured to catch a glimpse of them! They were really good and it didn't bother me that I had to stand all the way through the show just to see them cos they were great! After the show me and my friend saw Claire and asked her if she'd sign our 'DJ' singles which she did. I asked her when she and H would be doing their own tour and she told me it would be next year and that she couldn't wait for it. I was so excited to have met her. I've met Lisa and Lee before but never Claire and as she is my favourite it made it a really special day.

The Mardi Gras - Hackney Marsh, London: Steps have always been a really popular act the Mardi Gras and H & Claire's performance at this year's event has made sure that they're set to become firm favourites too. Both looked gorgeous as they belted out their hit single 'DJ' and wowed the crowd with their new release 'Half A Heart'. The Mardi Gras is the biggest gay and lesbian music festival and is bound to attracted lots of new H & Claire fans. They went down well witrh the crowd and recieved raptuorous applause for their fantastic set. They were certainly one of the days highlights!

Party In The Park - Birmingham: I came to see Steps at last year's Party In The Park and I thought that they were great but this year I wasn't going to go because of them splitting...that was until I heard that H & Claire where on the bill! I was so excited that they were going to be there that I got there at 8:00am to get near the front. I'd made a big banner for them and brought some teddies to throw on stage for them. I was so excited by the time they came on stage that I was nearly sick. H saw my banner and waved and Claire blew me a kiss! I threw my teddies on and I nearly tripped H up with one while he was trying to do the new dance routine to 'Half A Heart'! They were both great and I can't wait to see them again. If they're coming to a town nearc you you'd be a fool to miss it! Rating: ***** Jessica, Solihull

The Big Gig - Somerset:  From the moment H and Claire stepped onto the stage we knew we were in for a good show....and we weren't disappointed! They both looked stunning as they took to the stage at about 9pm. The first song they performed was DJ, followed by Steps songs Deeper Shade Of Blue (Remix) and When I Said Goodbye (live!)  Then came the new (and brilliant) single Half A Heart. They then left the stage, only to come back on again for another rendition of DJ, which was a total surprise to the fans. The crowd went wild for them, it was almost as if Steps had never split! H was his usual hyperactive self, goading the crowd on as they performed their brilliant five piece set. It was definitely a show worth seeing, H and Claire showing that they haven't lost that touch when it comes to performing. I would go and see H and Claire again any day and I wish them the best of luck for their future as a duo.

Red Dragon FM Party In The Park - Cardiff: Here in Wales we haven't had that many chances to see Steps, so when H & Claire said that they would be performing here, the tickets nearly all sold out immediately. I've been to see them at Wembley but it's always really special to see H performing in Wales cos it means a lot to him and to all his Welsh fans. I had to wait for 2 hours to get in to the venue but it was well worth it. They both looked fab and they sounded great. They sang their new single 'Half A Heart' and I was really pleased cos the audienec all loved it and a big gang of kids near me knew all the words and the dance routine. It was a really fun day out and H & Claire were brill and I'd definately recommend seeing them live!

Party In The Park - Swansea: H & Claire are my fave pop stars ever so I was so excited about going to see them. I made a big banner for H with a red dragon on it and I was so pleased when he saw it and blew me a kiss!!! Clare looked so pretty, she had her hair in braids and was wearing a lacy top an jeans, she always looks so nice! They sang DJ, Half A Heart, Deeper Shade Of Blue and When I Said Goodbye. When they sang When I Said Goodbye (which was live!!) I was crying because I was so sad about the Steps split and this song reminded me of it. Claire saw me crying and started to wave at me and H pulled tongues at me. They are so nice and so talented and I hope that they are No.1 with Half A Heart cos I love it!

Party In The Park - Broadstairs, Kent: I love H & Claire so I was really excited at getting the chance to see them live. They are so talented. I was really made up when they sang my fave song, their new single Half A Heart, everyone in the crowd was really impressed even my big brother who hated them when they were in Steps reckons they're dead good now. H looked really gorgeous and Claire was a beautiful as always. I'm so glad I went to see them cos they were greatttttttt!!!!!!!!!
